1. Eligibility for Refunds

Gig Transactions: Refunds apply only if the freelancer fails to deliver the agreed service. Refunds are credited to the client’s MikroGigs wallet.

Non-Refundable Payments: Ads, subscriptions, pro packages, and premium features are strictly non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

Clients must request a refund within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Our team investigates and resolves within 10 business days. Validated refunds are credited to the client’s wallet.

3. Non-Refundable Payments

Payments for ads, subscriptions, pro features, and wallet funding cannot be refunded.

4. Disputes and Resolution

MikroGigs mediates disputes and makes final, binding decisions based on submitted evidence.

5. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of MikroGigs implies acceptance of changes.
