1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only for transactions completed within the platform.
- To qualify, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original transaction.
- Refunds are not available for services already delivered or completed by the provider.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed gigs or companion services once approved by the customer.
- Affiliate program commissions already paid out.
- Wallet top-ups or promotional credits once successfully processed.
3. Refund Process

- Provide the order ID, payment reference, and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Approval
If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. In some cases, refunds may be credited to your MikroGigs wallet for future use.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a user disputes a transaction, MikroGigs will mediate between both parties to ensure a fair resolution. Our decision after the mediation process will be final.
